Return and Refund Policy – Dog N Me B.V.

At Dog N Me B.V., we aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a generous return policy. Please read the details of our return and refund policy below.

1. Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after the date of receipt, without giving any reason. This right of withdrawal applies to all products purchased from us, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.

2. Cancellation Procedure

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • Send your return within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Include the return flyer in your return shipment. If you no longer have it, please add a note with your order number.

3. Returns

After cancellation, we expect you to return the products to us. Please keep the following in mind:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and, if reasonably possible, returned in the original packaging.

  • The cost of returning the product is your responsibility. These costs are approximately €4.25 per package, depending on the chosen carrier. Please check the carrier’s website for exact rates.

  • Make sure the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.

4. Refund

Once we have received the returned products in good condition, we will:

  • Refund the full order amount, including any standard shipping costs you paid (if applicable), within 14 days of receipt.

  • We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

  • We may delay the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof of return, whichever comes first.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • Custom-made products or items manufactured based on specific choices or personal customizations.

  • Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
