What is the delivery time for my order?

We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days. If a delivery is unexpectedly delayed, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible. Once we have handed over your order to our carrier, you will receive a track & trace code to follow the progress of your shipment.

Is your product damaged or do you have a complaint?

Are you not satisfied with your purchase, or is it damaged? If so, we kindly ask you to report this as soon as possible via info@dognme.nl. We will then work with you to find a suitable solution.
