Dog N Me B.V. (hereinafter: "Dog N Me" or "we") offers products through the website dognmeshop.com. These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Applicability

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries by Dog N Me.
1.2 By placing an order on dognmeshop.com, you agree to the applicability of these general terms and conditions.
1.3 Dog N Me reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the website. For ongoing agreements, the terms as they were at the time of the order remain applicable.

2. Offer and Agreement

2.1 The offer on dognmeshop.com is non-binding. We reserve the right to adjust prices and remove products from the assortment.
2.2 An agreement is established when the customer receives an order confirmation email.
2.3 Dog N Me may refuse an order or impose additional conditions if deemed justified. If an order is refused, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1 All prices on dognmeshop.com are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Any shipping costs are stated separately and are borne by the customer.
3.3 The customer can choose from the payment methods offered on the website. Payment must be made according to the selected method.
3.4 If payment is not made within the specified period, Dog N Me reserves the right to cancel the order or suspend further deliveries until payment is received.

4. Delivery

4.1 Dog N Me delivers the products to the delivery address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for entering the address correctly.
4.2 We aim to deliver orders within the indicated delivery time. However, Dog N Me cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control.
4.3 Ownership of the products transfers to the customer after full payment of the purchase amount.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

5.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days of receiving the order without providing any reason.
5.2 After cancellation, the customer has another 14 days to return the products.
5.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5.4 Dog N Me will refund the full order amount including any shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the returned products, provided they are received in good condition.

6. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

6.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made or personalized for the customer.
6.2 The right of withdrawal is also excluded for products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.

7. Liability and Warranty

7.1 Dog N Me guarantees that the delivered products meet reasonable standards of soundness and usability.
7.2 In case of defects, the customer should contact Dog N Me as soon as possible at info@dognme.nl.
7.3 Dog N Me is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products.
7.4 Dog N Me’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant products, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

8. Force Majeure

8.1 Dog N Me is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure. Force majeure refers to any circumstance beyond Dog N Me’s control that temporarily or permanently prevents fulfillment of the agreement.
8.2 In case of force majeure, Dog N Me has the right to suspend or dissolve the agreement without the customer being entitled to compensation.

9. Complaints and Disputes

9.1 Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to Dog N Me within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described.
9.2 All agreements between Dog N Me and the customer are governed by Dutch law.
9.3 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Dog N Me is established.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All texts, images, and other materials on dognmeshop.com are the property of Dog N Me or used with the permission of the rightful owner.
10.2 It is not permitted to copy, use, or publish materials from the website without permission from Dog N Me, unless strictly necessary for the use of the website and placing orders.
